Cancellation Policy

If you book an appointment for a consultation or for therapy, and need to cancel it, please give us at least 24 hours notice.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, no problem! We can reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, unfortunately, you will be asked to pay for that missed appointment. No refund.

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with the service we provide for you, please tell us. If you are happy, please tell others, by posting a positive review.

We do our very best to look after you well. All our counsellors and therapists are licenced or certified and have lots of experience.

If you register for a course and discover it is not what you expected or not to your liking, refunds are available for a specified period of time, usually 30 days.

If you book an appointment for therapy or a consultation, and do not attend, we can reschedule (please see "Cancellation Policy") but not refund.

If you download a resource from our library and decide you do not like it, simply discard it.

Sorry but we do not give refunds under any other circumstances.
